What is Synergetic Healing, anyway??

syn•er•get•ic (ˌsɪn ərˈdʒɛt ɪk)

adj.

working together; cooperative.

I've been trained in several different "modalities" or area's of natural healing, including herbs, essential oils, and homeopathics, as well as"energy" healing techniques, such as the Emotion Code.  (click HERE to learn the basics of what energy medicine is. **Please read if you are a new client of mine!!).

I can honestly say that I have felt inspired to learn the things I have, and to learn from the people I've been led to.

With all the training I have, the one method I keep coming back to is called Christ Centered Synergetic Healing. This one simple modality is the most comprehensive healing program I have ever seen.  It encompasses every natural healing method, every healing technique and will help us determine the best course of action for whatever issues you want to address.

Using this "modality", or method, I help clients trace their symptoms, whether they are physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual--to the root cause, where they can be addressed. I use the Synergetic Healing book as a "guide" for our muscle testing, and we just follow where the muscle testing takes us. What is muscle testing, you ask? Read more HERE. (**PLEASE read about muscle testing if you are a new client of mine!) Because this program goes beyond "the physical" (although it certainly encompasses that too!), sometimes the muscle testing can take us to the most unexpected places--but it is always exactly what the body needs, and always in the highest good of the client.

The term synergetic means "working together" or "cooperative". This refers to the different systems of the body working together, in cooperation, to bring about healing on every level. In addition to working with the different levels of the body to bring about healing, the different areas of natural healing, such as herbs, essential oils, nutrition, etc, etc work together synergistically, or in cooperation, to heal completely and permanently. I have found that most often it is a combination of healing techniques and natural remedies that are needed, rather than any one thing. As much as I love using remedies such as herbs, nutrition, essential oils, etc (things that work on the physical body), my greatest joy is in the work I do that is beyond the physical--usually in the "energy field" of my clients. This is the essence of "Energy Healing". Some of the most profound healing experiences I have had with clients have been while doing Energy Work. (See Our Amazing Energy Systems to learn more...this is a good read for my new clients!)

When a client first comes to see me, the first thing I always ask is "What has brought you here today?" I have found the reason people seek out alternative healing is as varied as the people themselves--it can be anything from physical illness, unexplained aches and pains, emotional trauma, grief, depression, anxiety--anything that is out of balance in their lives and needs to be addressed. Often, the people who are coming to see me have tried everything with no success, and are coming to me as a last resort.

Once we identify what they want to work on first, I use muscle testing, also known as bio-feedback or muscle-response testing, to determine the root causes and what the body needs to resolve the issue. This fascinating and powerful technique allows me, as the practitioner, to find out, from your own body, what the root cause is and what is needed to correct it.

Many people who come to me for the first time have never heard of Muscle Testing, and it seems a little "strange". Muscle testing is based in science, and is used as a diagnostic tool by many health professionals all over the world. If you have ever visited a naturopathic physician, chances are he used muscle-response testing to determine what treatment was needed---Chiropractors, physical therapists and many others use Muscle-response testing routinely in their practices. I will be writing a post where I explain how muscle testing works in more depth, but for now I'll define it as "accessing information the body already knows". Our body--not just the physical, but all of the complex layers that make us what we are--knows the blueprint of our own creation. When something goes wrong, with illness or disease, our body, on some level, already knows what is wrong and what is needed to heal. Muscle testing allows us to access that information for the purpose of taking care of ourselves...I believe the ability to access information from our own bodies regarding health and healing is a great gift from a loving Heavenly Father. He wants us to take care of ourselves and to be as healthy and whole as we can be.

Once a client and I have identified which symptoms, or issues we want to work on first, the "detective" work begins. Our goal is to trace the symptoms--the outward manifestations of imbalance or illness--to their root causes

Using Muscle Testing, we determine which of 5 basic levels an issue has originated--Physical, Mental, Spiritual, the Aura (or other energy systems), or Emotional. (Read more about the energy systems of the body HERE.) We continue Muscle Testing until we have identified 100% of the root cause of an issue, and then we determine what is needed to clear it. Most times, healing an issue 100% is a process, where we address one "layer" at a time. Healing is much like peeling back the layers of an onion; The body will present one layer at a time, and when that is fully addressed, another layer will be revealed.

So why is this method so effective? Because our body's already know exactly what is wrong and exactly what is needed to heal...Our body wants to be healthy and whole, and pain free. God created us with amazing and complex innate intelligence, and if we will just ask, our bodies are capable of telling us what is needed, and will even tell us what things are of highest priority, and in what order issues should be addressed. All we have to do is ask. Another reason this method is so effective is because we are addressing each issue at its root cause, where it originated, and healing at that level. We are always seeking complete and permanent healing, and to do what is in the highest good.
